Scotch Bonnet Jamaican Spices


Jamaican Jerk sauce is one of my favorite sauce for a chicken on the smoker. While I didn’t want to make a jerk sauce, I wanted to showcase the jamaican spices in way that would let the Scotch Bonnet flavour shine through.

Hot heat from our farm grown Scotch Bonnet peppers along with delicious Jamaican flavors The sweetness of carrots comes balancing it all while being spiced up with cumin, coriander and ginger.

Drizzle on your pizza or mix with mayo and sour cream for a tasty dip.
