Jalapeño Garlic


I can say this recipe was created in part by mistake. As I was formulating I kept tasting it. Eventually my taste buds got somewhat numb and I kept increasing the garlic addition cause I was not able to taste it. A few hours later I realized it was very garlicky! I found it differentiated my hot sauce among others.

Mild heat from our farm grown Jalapenos along with a tangy taste of garlic and acid from the vinegar. The sweetness of onions comes balancing it all while being spiced up with Cumin and Oregano.

Pour it on your Mexican dishes and slap it on your burgers.

Ingredients: Fermented jalapeños, Onion, Vinegar, Water, Garlic, Salt, Cumin, Oregano, Xanthan gum
